GodVibe Return & Exchange Policy
At GodVibe, we strive to provide faith-inspired products that bring joy and meaning to your life. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags (if applicable).
What’s Not Covered? Since all of our products are made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for:

Items with signs of wear or use.

Personalized or custom orders.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping:

For returns or exchanges (not due to damage or defects), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

GodVibe will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or defective items.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@godvibe.co.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@godvibe.co with your order number and reason for the return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
